Kettlebell training is one of the most effective and efficient ways to get stronger and improve cardio endurance. Boomerang Fitness is currently offering workshops in kettlebell basics to small groups (2-4 people) or individuals. Schedule will be determined by participants’ and coach’s availability. All classes are held at Rye Congregational Church, 580 Washington Road, Rye, NH
